提高原水水溫:

Raise the water temperature of raw water:

這是一個簡單粗暴的方法,我們知道低溫下水易結冰膨脹,對設備造成破裂等潛在威脅。那么就將進水溫度升高,一個非常直接的方法,常見的升溫方式有:用板式換熱器在管道加熱或是使用蒸汽盤管在預處理水箱處加熱。此種方式常用于設備安裝區域有熱源的情況。

This is a simple and crude method, we know that low-temperature water is easy to freeze and expand, causing potential threats such as equipment rupture. It is a very direct way to raise the temperature of the incoming water. The common ways of raising the temperature are: heating in the pipe with plate heat exchanger or heating in the pretreatment tank with steam coil. This method is often used in equipment installation area where there is heat source.

通過提高系統操作壓力來彌補系統產水的不足:

By increasing the operating pressure of the system, the shortage of water production can be remedied.

在反滲透膜系統中的水通量取決與操作壓力的大小,成正比關系。所以可以在水溫較低的情況下通過升高操作壓力提升產水量??梢赃x擇使用變頻泵達到在不同溫度下的出力平衡。

The water flux in reverse osmosis membrane system is proportional to the operating pressure. Therefore, the water yield can be increased by increasing the operating pressure in the case of low water temperature. Frequency conversion pump can be used to achieve output balance at different temperatures.

經常使用二種方法勢必會增加系統的能耗,我們也可以選用三種方案,即用大通量的低壓反滲透膜元件減低系統操作壓力,這樣可以避免反滲透系統長期在超高壓甚至是極限壓力下運行。

值得注意的是RO系統的設計應該綜合考慮系統運行的溫度范圍,在充分考慮低溫因素的同時也應該注意到在高溫情況下系統性能的變化,如:很多系統在夏季由于水溫的升高會出現膜通量(系統出力)增大,脫鹽率下降等現象。此時則應該根據終端用戶對產水水量和水質的要求對系統做出調整,如:某些大型海水淡化系統為保證在夏季高溫時任然獲得高的產水水質,選擇屏蔽掉一部分膜組件運行等。
